Cooper Hardee is a 2017 OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Pelzer, SC who attends J L Mann HS. Slender young medium build, plenty of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, hits from a wide base with hands tight to his body, inside swing path, has some hand quickness and some feel for the barrel, stays well timed with a simple load, sees pitches well and works counts, works the ball around the field, leadoff type skills with a solid high average/high OB% approach. 7.55 runner, has good fundamentals in the outfield with a loose arm and good direction through release. Good skills oriented player who should improve with additional strength. Very good student.
