Sean McEwen is a 2015 OF/3B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Wilton, CT who attends Wilton HS. Compact athletic build, has some present strength. Right handed hitter, exaggerated high hand start, downward swing plane, stays short to the ball, contact approach, most contact to the middle of the field, flashed some power during the games but game is more oriented to contact and speed. Ran the 60 in 6.95, moves well in the outfield, arm strength still developing, tends to throw from a low release angle and spin off. Good student.
