James (JP) Reiling is a 2016 LHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Nahant, MA who attends Bishop Fenwick HS. Medium athletic build. High leg raise and back turn delivery, hides the ball well in his delivery, 3/4's arm slot coming through, stays on line and repeats his mechanics well. Works 4-seam/2-seam fastballs in the mid to upper 70's, keeps the ball down in the zone and works the outside corner to right handed hitters very well. Mixes in soft curveball well, gets some depth to it and keeps hitters off balance. Knows how to pitch and fills up the zone, was very effective.
