Caden Bonds is a 2018 SS/2B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from McKinney, TX who attends McKinney North HS. Has a medium frame, lean build, and room to continue to put on additional muscle. Posted a 7.16 second sixty yard dash. From the infield, moves well to the baseball and shows off his athleticism nicely, made strong throws across with lots of carry. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a a wide base and toe tap trigger. Stays short to the baeball and swings on a line drive swing plane while staying inside the baseball. Flashed separation and good feel for the barrel with natural lift through contact. Excellent student.
