Hector Ramos is a 2016 RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Carolina, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Medium, lean, young build with solid athleticism and room to fill out. Has a long arm action and has simple, repeatable delivery. Shows cutting action on his fastball at times and tops at 78 mph with it. Stays down and on the edges of the zone. Makes hitters reach. Shows solid 11-5 rotation on his 66 mph curveball. Mixes a changeup and keeps hitters off balance. Very good student.
