Yamill Quinones is a 2020 3B/RHP, MIF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Windermere, FL who attends Montverde Academy. Medium frame with square shoulders and strength in build. Ran a 7.44 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary third baseman. Rounds the ball well and gets going towards the bag. Active footwork when working to the baseball. Funnels out front with clean glove work and into exchanges. Creates online carry from a low three-quarter slot topping out at 80 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with an open stance and short leg lift trigger for timing. Keeps hands tight through a level swing plane. Longer path to contact with a slightly linear drift into the ball. Good student as well.
