Jaden Mintz is a 2021 SS/2B with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Tottenville. Medium frame with slender, young build; ran 60 yard dash in 8.04 seconds. Hits from closed-off stance that closes off front hip even more so in stride, steep entry to hitting zone with barrel, slasher approach, shows feel for using whole field when hitting, most contact on the ground, sprayed the ball around well. Worked out in the infield, plays high to the ball, comes through it well, fields cleanly, showed arm strength up to 67 mph across the diamond. Very good student.
