Alex Wills is a 2016 2B/SS with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Altamonte Springs, FL who attends Lake Brantley. Medium frame, athletic lean build, sloped shoulders, has remaining physical projection. Solid overall athleticism, ran a 6.99 60-yard dash. Good infield actions, solid first step and instincts, moves well to either side. Soft hands, solid transfer and release with accurate throws. Right handed hitter, open stance with high back elbow, hands away from body in setup. Solid weight transfer, good rhythm with hand drop trigger. Gets to front foot, shows ability to get extended consistently, pull-side approach with solid line-drive contact, also flashes comfort to opposite field. Solid overall skill set with good approach to the game.
