Justin Neskie is a 2020 MIF/RHP, 2B, SS, OF, UT with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Oxford, PA who attends Oxford Area HS. Recorded a 5.07 second 40-yard dash time. Lean athletic build with physical projection remaining. Primary middle infielder with deliberate actions and good footwork. Has some arm strength recorded up to 78 mph across with good carry out of the hand. Arm strength plays nicely from secondary position of outfield. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a quick tempo and short arm action. Low three-quarters arm slot with some effort and creates decent leg drive. Showed a slider with sweeping action with some spin and depth. Switch hitter with a balanced, compact swing and a level swing plane. More spread from the left side and more bat speed. Swings hard and gets a bit more extended from that side. Some strength off the barrel too. Good student.
