Bryce Perrien is a 2019 OF/RHP, MIF, 3B with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Birmingham, AL who attends Briarwood Christian. Medium frame with a bulky build and square shoulders. Ran a 7.06 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Smooth and quick transfer out front. Gets the ball out quickly with developing arm strength to the infield topping out at 77 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and short stride. Compact swing with a middle of the field to opposite field approach. Line drive barrel plane. Righthanded pitcher throwing primarily from the stretch. Lands in line with the plate and gets down the mound. Short and compact arm action with a three-quarters release. Commands a mostly straight fastball topping out at 76 miles per hour. Developing release on a slider with a looser spin and a 10-to-4 shape. Excellent student as well.
