Easton Stewart is a 2018 MIF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Carmi, IL who attends Carmi-White County HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength with lots of room to get stronger. 7.09 runner, high energy actions on defense, high 3/4's arm slot with a long and loose arm action, makes accurate throws with good carry, charged the ball well with a quick release and good balance. Right handed hitter, upright even stance with a deep hand set, short swing path to the ball with good extension through contact, swings hard and looks to drive the ball, showed the ability to hit to all fields, made solid line drive contact to both right centerfield and down the left field line. Young player with some tools who should continue to get better as he gets stronger. Very good student.
