Zac Nguyen is a 2018 OF/ with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Memorial HS. Medium frame and a slender build, plenty of room to fill out as he continues to grow physically. Quick twitch athlete that moves quickly and aggressively through the baseball. Made online throws that carried well. At the plate, left-handed hitter that starts with a narrow stance, long stride, and a leg lift trigger. Swing stays on a line drive bat plane until the point of contact where it begins to come slightly uphill creating some natural lift. Had consistent hard pull side contact during games. Gets down the line very quickly and moves well on the base paths. Excellent student.
