Preston Milano is a 2017 SS/ with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Whitestone, NY who attends St Francis Preparatory. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build and good room to continue filling out frame. Posted a 7.58 seconds 60 yard dash time. Hits from narrow stance with higher hand set, leg lift trigger with good repeatability of swing, turns the barrel well and gets the head out, line drive swing plane with extension through contact, inside-out approach, good shift into contact, made consistent line drive contact to all fields. Worked out defensively in the infield. Moves well to the ball with quality footwork, smooth fielding actions with soft hands, quick exchange and release with now wasted movement. Throws accurately with consistency across the diamond to 1B with IF velocity topping at 71 MPH. Very good student.
