Brant Brown is a 2019 OF/1B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Springville, AL who attends Springville HS. Strong compact build. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a low hand start and a very large pull back load, swings hard with quick hands, has lift in his swing and power when he is timed up, difficult swing to time consistently with all the pre-pitch movement but has raw bat speed and strength and aggressiveness to build on. 7.33 runner, short stride throwing in the outfield, makes accurate throws. Good student.
