Funnels the baseball out front and worked through exchange well. Flashed some range to glove side while on the run. Released from a low, loose three-quarters arm slot creating some carry to the bag at 76 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and simple toe tap trigger. Stays back side at load and works to contact with linear actions. Direct, inside path to contact with a line drive plane through extension. Flashed good fluidity throughout swing and consistently repeated barrel path. Utilized a high contact approach throughout batting practice to the middle of the field. Also pitched showing a simple rock step to leg lift delivery. Coils shoulders at gather and stays slightly flexed on back leg. Works to the plate with drop and drive actions and released from a sidearm to near submarine arm slot. Fastball generating good sinking with run to arm side in the mid 70's, topped at 77 miles per hour. Slider flashed tight spin with solid lateral movement to glove side in the mid 60's. Tends to slow arm speed slightly with a changeup offering that flashed occasional sink with run in the mid 60's. Consistently pounded the strike zone and proved to be very deceptive when changing speeds. Good student.
