Nathen Fingar is a 2020 SS/OF, 2B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Weatherford, TX who attends Aledo High School. Medium build, long, lean frame with athleticism, physical projection, and room to continue to fill out physically. Posted a 6.93 time in the 60 yard dash and uses his speed well in games. Primary shortstop, fielded out in front, fielded the ball cleanly, threw from a three quarter slot, with slight recoil on throws across the infield. At the plate, started with an even set, wide base, high hand set, high back elbow, and toe tap timing mechanism. Finished tall through his swing, worked the opposite field well with a full swing path through the zone. Generated good, line drive contact to the opposite field with carry off the barrel.
