Tate Morris is a 2023 C/RHP, MIF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Fayetteville, GA who attends Mcintosh HS. Recorded a 6.96 second 60-yard dash time. Physical frame with solid strength well-proportioned while maintaining athleticism. Primary catcher with a very quick release and lots of arm speed. Gets out of the crouch really well with good carry out of the hand. Best recorded pop time of 2.00 seconds. Arm strength plays well from secondary position of the infield. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a compact delivery and short arm action. High three-quarters arm slot with a crossfire landing. Occasional short run to the arm side and the breaking ball showed shape and short bite. Right-handed hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and low back elbow. Solid bat speed with a flat path and direct hand path. Line drive approach with some carry to the pull side when he gets his hands extended. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
