2021 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 14)
Sebastian Collender is a 2023 C/3B, OF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends Dominion Christian. Medium frame with a stocky build showing strength throughout. Ran a 7.49 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting down in his stance proving to have strength in the lower half. Received the baseball well as he worked into a quick transfer. Gained ground and released out front. Accurate to the bag as he recorded a pop time of 1.90 seconds. Secondary Third Baseman, sitting back on the baseball as he makes sure to keep it in front of him. Gathers and then works into transfers. Takes time to make sure of a clean transfer before releasing. Threw it 84 mph during drills. Right-Handed Hitter, starting closed off with the front side. Strides out as he works into an uphill swing path. Longer swing path while looking to drive it for power. Gets inside the baseball and looks to go the middle-away. Great Student.
