Marcus Franco is a 2021 1B/3B with a 6-4 230 lb. frame from Miramar, FL who attends Doral Academy Charter. Big and strong athletic build, has really tightened up his body over the last year and is a better athlete now. Has very good arm strength at first base and makes accurate throws, has soft hands and good balance picking balls at first base, footwork continues to improve moving to the bag and to ground balls. Right handed hitter, has outstanding strength in his hands with easy power to all fields, well controlled swing and doesn't sell out to get to his power, works best to the middle of the field with an accurate barrel and elite opposite field power. Continues to impress with the bat. Named to the World Showcase Top Prospect List.
