Bryan Nicolini is a 2008 3B/P with a 6'1'', 210 lb. frame from Weeki Wachee FL, who attends Central HS. He has strong hips and thighs and good overall strength for his age. Nicolini has a good approach at the plate and hits out of an open stance looking to pull the ball. He has a line drive swing plane and generates some bat speed, especially when he isn't too far around the ball. Nicolini shows good balance in the field and strong fundamentals. He has a smooth release and an accurate arm. Better quickness will help him defensively. He ran 7.25 in the 60, pretty good for his size.
