Jackson Sleeper is a 2022 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Franklin, TN who attends Grace Christian Academy. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to add more strength, very projectable physically. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a low hand load, rotational upper body swing, can get into his hips more to drive his swing, has good bat speed with some barrel whip, plenty more bat speed there with additional strength and swing adjustments. 7.95 runner, has good footwork and overall athletic actions at first base on defense, should be an asset at that position. Also pitches, high leg lift load with a mid 3/4's arm slot, smooth and easy arm action, slow overall tempo. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, mostly straight. Slider had good sweeping action from the same arm slot, change up was a solid pitch with good fading action at the end. Has some potential on the mound, especially if he picks up the tempo and energy of his delivery a degree. Good student.
