Luke Mingham is a 2019 RHP with a 6-5 210 lb. frame from Clayton, CA who attends Clayton Valley HS. Big and strong athletic build, still has some projection moving forward. Stays tall over rubber and works down the mound, high compact arm in back, occasionally gets off line to the first base side. Very consistent fastball velocity in the low 80's, topped out at 82 mph, tries to work glove side with his fastball, gets nice sinking action on his fastball at times. Slider is a solid second pitch, has some late bite and is thrown for strikes. Good chance to keep improving. Good student.
