Ian Pascual is a 2019 OF/ with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Pittsburg, CA who attends Clayton Valley. Compact frame with a lean build. Frame projects for additional strength with continued maturity. Ran a 6.90 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with aggressive, athletic footwork while closing to the baseball. Clean glove actions while pickup and baseball and working through exchange. Long arm circle at take back and released from a three-quarters arm slot producing some recoil at finish. Topped at 77 miles per hour creating accurate, on line carry to the bag. Right handed hitter with an upright, open stance. Wraps hands slightly at load and works to contact on a loose path. Barrel worked to finish on an uphill plane through extension. Primarily worked to the middle of the field but flashed that bat speed to turn barrel and work to pull side as well. Tools will continue to develop with physical maturity and repetition. Good student.
