Halton Hardy is a 2020 RHP/3B, MIF with a 6-0 178 lb. frame from Athens, GA who attends East Jackson Comprehensive School. Recorded a 7.86 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with some physical projection to the build. Primary righthanded pitcher with moving parts to the delivery to create deception. Quick tempo with a belt high leg lift. Short arm stroke with a three-quarters arm slot. Lots of deception and hides the ball very well. Works to both sides of the plate with the fastball that topped out at 83 mph. Used changeup often and has good fading life with a similar arm slot. Curveball had tight spin and late sweeping break with good depth. Lots of strikes, repeated delivery well, and stayed online down the mound with good direction. Arm strength plays nicely from secondary position of the infield. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and big stride forward. Maintains balance with lots of liners to the middle of the field. Inside hand path to contact and power projects.
