Michael Gavagan is a 2018 OF/ with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Framingham, MA who attends Framingham High School. Younger player with a lean, slender frame, athleticism, and room to fill out physically. Posted a 7.03 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, longer gather, short arm action, with good arm strength up to 81 mph. At the plate, started with a wide base, deeper hand load, and a leg lift timing mechanism. Longer hand path to the ball, generates leverage with lower half, and good quickness to hands. Hands come through, inconsistent timing at present. Will improve with additional repetition, strength, and timing. Good student.
