Matt Riley is a 2019 RHP/3B with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Hendersonville, TN who attends Beech Senior HS. Recorded a 7.04 second 60-yard dash time. Extra large frame with broad shoulders and present physicality with room for more strength. Primary righthanded pitcher with a full arm circle and a deep plunge in the back. Throws with intent and utilizes moving parts in the delivery. Fast arm and fastball recorded up to 85 mph while flashing cutting life on the pitch. Gets good plane to the arm side and pounded the strike zone. Fields position well and whips the arm hard downward. Repeats the delivery well but could sure up the release point by cutting down on moving parts. Athletic on the mound with developing feel for the curveball.
