Grant Bowers is a 2024 C/RHP, 3B, MIF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Sanderson, FL who attends Columbia. Medium and young frame with sloped shoulders. Ran an 8.35 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, worked out with a very high set behind the plate, receives the ball out in front and shuffles into throw downs, transfers by ear, topped out at 72 mph from behind the plate. Secondary infielder, footwork plays the ball well with agility laterally, hands are playable, ball comes out well with carry across the diamond, graded out best in the infield. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a narrow and open stance, takes a small stride into contact, quiet hand load, upper half dominant swing and gets onto his front side, downhill swing and pull side approach.
