Charlie Soza is a 2020 3B/C/1B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Miami Gardens, FL who attends Coral Gables HS. Recorded a 7.63 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with good present physicality and well-proportioned strength throughout. Primary third baseman who fields out in front while bending at the waist. Ball comes out of the hand clean with arm strength recorded up to 78 mph across. Lower three-quarters arm slot and waits on the ball. Righthanded hitter with an upright wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Showed some pop to all fields with a downhill swing plane. Short stroke and has a lot of strength off the barrel. No stride with a small rock back hip load. Can greatly improve power with extension out in front to be able to utilize strength.
