Cade Walker is a 2022 3B/1B/RHP with a 6-1 166 lb. frame from Crosby, TX who attends First Baptist Christian Academy. Long and lean young build, lots of room and time to fill out and get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow tall stance with a high hand load, very short swing path for his size and length, will benefit from better extension as he grows and gets stronger, downhill swing plane at present with a mid field to opposite field approach. 7.49 runner, moves well for his size and age with balance and soft hands when moving laterally, makes accurate throws with some carry to them. Also pitched, works from the stretch with an on line delivery and a high 3/4's arm slot, slow paced mechanics. Fastball topped out at 71 mph, soft curveball with some 11/5 shape, threw strikes and challenged hitters. Good student.
