Brandon McKinley is a 2023 1B/3B, OF with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Bothell, WA who attends Woodinville. He has a tall frame with present strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.31 seconds. Primary first baseman that has good footwork when fielding and throwing to both bases. He has a good feel for the glove and trusts his hands. He shows clean movements in all areas of first base. Right-handed hitter that has an even stance that is slightly squatty with high hands. He uses a small leg lift trigger for timing. He does a nice job of shifting his weight through the swing and utilizing his lower half. He has strong hands and showed the ability to lift the ball when he made contact out in front of the plate. He has a frame that will likely lead to more power as he continues to develop. Very good student.
