Major Maydon is a 2021 1B/LHP with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Leander, TX who attends Leander HS. Strong athletic build. Left handed hitter, starts his swing with low tight hands, uphill swing plane, stays on his back side and looks to lift the ball, has the strength to drive the ball and will do so more consistently with swing adjustments. 7.81 runner, has athletic actions at first base and moves well around the bag, soft hands receiving throws, long and loose arm action and makes accurate throws. Key to his development will be getting to his power more often. Very good student.
