Andrew Clouse is a 2021 C/2B, 3B with a 6-0 197 lb. frame from New Albany, OH who attends New Albany. Medium to Large frame with a physical build. Broad shoulders and a sturdy lower half. Ran a 7.37 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting athletically in his stance as he shows good hands. Defensively solid as he blocks up baseballs and steals strikes on the corners. Quick transfers on throw downs as he releases from the ear. Recorded a 2.04 second pop time during drills. Right-Handed Hitter, pinched knees while a bit spread out to start. Creates some separation with the hands and then takes some big hacks. Gap to gap approach and lifts the baseball with ease. Good Student.
