Ryan Talley is a 2021 MIF/3B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Riichmond, TX who attends Foster. Lean young build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.81 runner in the sixty. Has good lower half action in the middle infield with sound fundamental footwork, shows balance and range to both sides and puts his glove in a good position to work, arm strength still developing, makes accurate soft throws, second base tools and actions. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with a positive shift into contact, has a good feel for the barrel and made consistent middle of the field contact and got some jump to the gaps when squared up, high contact approach that is executed well. Bat is his best tool Also took a turn on the mound and did a good job throwing strikes with a fastball that topped out at 70 mph. Good student.
