Jaden Carr is a 2021 OF/RHP, UT with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Algonquin, IL who attends Huntley. Medium frame with an athletic build and present strength throughout. Ran a 6.69 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Aggressive close into glove actions to the side. Longer exchanges and working into an extended arm circle. Keeps the ball low making accurate throws to the bags and developing arm strength at 75 miles per hour. Also worked out as a secondary infielder. Fields in front with a deeper funnel in. Has quickness to exchanges showing off athletic ability. More if a compact action than one from the outfield. Slightly uphill release remaining accurate to the bag. Righthanded hitter with a slightly open stance to start. Short leg lift trigger for timing and hands work back early in load. Compact path to the ball swinging with some intent. Works through a naturally uphill plane getting the ball in the air. Consistent middle of the field contact. Named to the 2019 Rocky Mountain Showcase Top Prospect List.
