Zeth Rodriguez is a 2021 SS/IF with a 5-5 140 lb. frame from Spring Hill, FL who attends Nature Coast Technical HS. Recorded a 7.11 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame with lots of present athleticism and twitch. Primary shortstop with smoothness to motion and actions. Hands are fairly soft and work very well into the exchange. Moves around the field quickly and confidently. Arm strength recorded up to 79 mph but will continue to improve as he adds strength. Righthanded hitter with a spread open stance. Loads into the swing with a level swing plane. Gets his hips going nicely though contact with good rhythm. Leg lift trigger into contact and very consistent when working to the pull side. Good student.
