Aaron Calhoun is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Clear Brook. Slender young athletic build. High energy delivery with a fast and whippy arm stroke, extended 3/4's arm slot, athletic delivery that he repeats well. Fastball topped out at 94 mph, maintained his velocity well and threw strikes, chance he could throw even harder if he can get stronger. Tunnels his slider well with his fastball, big sweeping break on the pitch but will get under it at times. High level athlete who has potential as a two-way prospect, has a low arm slot from the outfield but showed outstanding raw arm strength and carry. Very good student, verbal commitment to Oklahoma.
