Bryann Garcia is a 2023 1B/3B with a 6-3 248 lb. frame from Union City, NJ who attends Union City. Large, physical frame with well-proportioned strength throughout. Recorded a 8.20 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary first baseman with fundamentally sound defensive skill set. Display agile footwork and some athleticism around the bag. Showed ability to change arm angles on turns and produced arm strength up to 77 mph across the diamond during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider, open base with tight hands, a high back elbow and small forward stride into launch. Loose, leveraged stroke with intent and some whip to his barrel. Fairly consistent bat-to-ball skills with plenty of present bat speed and loud impact when on-time. Will continue to improve with minor refinements to his swing mechanics. Fundamentally sound defensive skill set with real impact potential with the bat. Excellent Student.
