Connor Rasmussen is a 2022 2B/SS with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Fort Mill, SC who attends Fort Mill. Medium and young frame with plenty of filling out still to do but projects physically. Ran a 7.36 second 60 yard dash. Primary second baseman, took reps in the infield during drills sitting back on the ball, clean hands play well out in front, fluid all around actions especially for age, can move well to either direction, above average arm strength for his age that will only get better as he matures, topped out at 78 mph from across the diamond. Lefthanded hitter, narrow and open stance, has looseness and feel for the barrel present in his stroke, fluid swing plane with extension through contact, lots of line drive contact especially to the pull side, flashes of pop that project. Outstanding student. Named to 2018 Sunshine Southeast Top Prospect List.
