Clark Younggreen is a 2023 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Mt Vernon, IA who attends Mount Vernon. Ran a 7.49-second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a medium frame and some strength in the lower half. Sets up well, showcasing quick hands while gaining good ground to second base. Posted a 2.15 pop time and has developing arm strength up to 72mph. Also worked out at first base, positioning well with heavy footwork and developing quickness to the transfer. Right-handed hitter that starts from a wide and even stance, shifting well to contact and flashing some good jump off the barrel when on time and squared. Stays short to the ball and has some good power potential. Secondary right-handed pitcher that starts from the windup with a small side step to a belt high leg lift. Has a short stride down the mound, landing open with developing arm speed and some sinking action to the fastball up to 75mph. Shows developing feel for some secondary offerings, with all three pitches sitting in the mid-to-upper-60s. Good student.
