Kyle Borrello is a 2020 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from Hamburg, NY who attends Hamburg. Medium frame with strong build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.44 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, wraps through back of arm stroke, some deception to delivery, throws from high three quarters arm slot, creates plane to plate, repeats delivery well, fastball peaked at 80 mph with good heaviness, showed cutter with subtle slicing shape, also worked in changeup, threw a lot of strikes and let his defense work. Switch-hitter, showed much more feel from left side, good hands with smoothness to barrel, middle-field approach, stays on ball well, consistent backspin, showed power up gap. Doesn't get off backside much from right side, flatter path, middle approach. Sits back on the ball at 1st base, soft hands out front, makes throws across body to 2B well, shows accuracy, clocked up to 73 mph.
