Mason Fritsch is a 2019 SS/2B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Maple Valley, WA who attends Tahoma HS. Medium athletic build with some present strength and plenty of room for more. 7.41 runner, has athletic actions in the middle infield on defense, moves well and stays balanced, clean transfer and release, can throw on the run, playable raw arm strength. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance, inside swing path, barrel will lag at times, best when he's getting the barrel through and working the middle of the field, handles the barrel well and makes consistent contact.
