Tanner Nolan is a 2023 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Deptford, NJ who attends Gloucester Catholic. Long, lanky build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.81 second sixty-yard dash. Primary left handed pitcher. Employs a small side step to belt high leg lift staying slightly flexed at gather going to drop and drive actions down the mound. Lands online with the plate and stays online with the plate through finish. Utilizes a compact arm action in the back going to a high three-quarter arm slot with good arm speed. Features a fastball with late arm side run up to 77 mph to go along with a fading change up at 69 mph and a sweeping slider with late depth at 65 mph. Also worked out at first base. Displayed clean footwork while working to and through the ball. Employs low out front funnels with confident glove actions and clean transfers into throws with good arm strength and accurate carry topping out at 74 mph. Also worked out in the outfield. Displayed deliberate actions working to and through the baseball. Flashed a clean arm action with good arm speed and arm strength topping out at 75 mph from the outfield. Left handed hitter. Employs a slightly open stance with a level hand path to and through the baseball. Displayed the ability to work the barrel out front with good bat speed creating loud contact when on time and squared. Great student.
