Justin Crawford is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Bishop Gorman. Extra-large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, lean and projectable build with room to fill throughout. Fast-twitched, elite runner with a 6.11 in the 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well to the ball and projects in center field long term, balance to actions, longer arm action through the back, gathers prior to release well, big whip at release with a lower slot, accuracy on throws. Left-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, weight starts on backside, quick weight shift moving into contact. Does a nice job of creating separation in swing, remains loose and quick through the zone. Intriguing offensive tools that project very well with added strength, already shows intriguing power to pull side with leverage out front, quick barrel through the zone. Speed plays in game, game changing tool, sub-4 home to first time in game. Good student. verbal commitment to LSU. Selected to the 2021 Perfect Game All-American Classic.
