Tyler Moores is a 2022 OF/RHP, 1B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from North Liberty, IA who attends Liberty. Ran a 7.94 second sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and build. Has developing footwork when closing to the ball, fields it off to the side and has developing pace to the exchange into throws. Has a big crow hop, with a long arm action from an over top slot. Shows some accuracy on throws to bases at 71 miles per hour. Has an even stance at the plate, with a short leg lift trigger and high hand set. Has linear actions in the lower half, with a drifting shift to contact. Has a direct path to contact with a line drive barrel plane, using the upper body for most of the power. Secondary right-handed pitcher that works exclusively from the stretch. Has a belt high leg lift, staying slightly flexed at gather before using drop and drive actions down the mound. Has a longer arm action in the back, with average arm speed from a stiffer three-quarter slot. Attacks almost exclusively with the fastball at 69-to-70 miles per hour, getting soft contact when in the strike zone. Also flashed developing feel to spin a curveball at 61 miles per hour.
