Skyler Netolicky is a 2021 LHP/OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Hillsborough HS. Athletic and projectable frame with a lot of room to add strength and project. Primary lefthanded pitcher who only pitched during the event. Repeatable mechanics with good body control throughout the operation. Quality arm speed from an over the top arm slot. Extends well over his front side and drives down the mound with a strong lower half. Fastball topped out at 85 mph and showed some cutting action at times. Commands the heater well and throws two distinct breaking balls. Bigger curveball with good depth and a tight, horizontal-breaking slider. Showed the ability to get swing-and-miss with both breaking balls and missed a ton of bats overall. Tremendous student.
