Cole Burton is a 2022 OF/RHP, 3B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Canton, MS who attends Germantown. Medium and wiry frame with room to fill and some strength present as well. Ran a 6.95 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, good footwork working through the baseball with solid body control and fundamentally sound, plenty of tools to like with advanced arm strength in the outfield. Topped out at 84 mph from the outfield. Secondary righthanded pitcher, starts delivery with a turn step up to a high leg lift, takes his arm back to a full arm action up to a high ¾ arm slot, online delivery, plenty of arm strenght on the mound to produce a best bolt of 84 mph, mixed in a curveball with 12-to-6 shape and later bite. Also worked out in the infield, solid actions in the infield that play well at his secondary third base position, low and athletic gather, plenty of arm strength as well topping out at 87 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, leg lift trigger into contact with plenty of barrel skills, looks to lift with a high follow through, some impact strength that will continue to improve with maturity, things to like for sure with a projectable hit tool.
