Alejandro Ludeiro is a 2024 C/1B, 3B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Pembroke Pines, FL who attends Elite Squad Academy. Strong and athletic look. Ran a 7.14 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, wide and even base and a low back elbow in the stance, toe tap trigger, direct path with great strength at impact. Pull-side approach and the ball comes off the barrel extremely easy. Primary catcher, good body and athleticism, square setup, clean footwork and a quick exchange, compact arm stroke, strong arm with carry to the bag, recorded throws up to 80 mph and a pop-time of 1.90. Secondary first baseman, solid footwork around the bag, decent bounce to the actions and feel for the leather. Same arm strength we saw in the catcher workout, recorded accurate throws up to 85 mph. Great student. Verbal commitment to Lipscomb. Named to 2023 High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
