Parker Hovis is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Owens Cross Roads, AL who attends Huntsville. Shorter athletic build with some strength for his size. Right handed hitter, starts from a narrow base with a long stride and shift into his swing, deep hand load, long and loose swing, has some bat speed if he can get the barrel into the zone in time with his length, showed his ability to drive the ball in the games with hard right center field contact. 8.13 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has nice fundamentals through the ball with good glove position and footwork, maintains his momentum into his throws well. Very good student. Named to the Deep South High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
