Tristan Fox is a 2022 RHP/1B with a 6-4 225 lb. frame from Saratoga, CA who attends Archbishop Mitty. Large to Extra-Large frame with an already filling out build. Broad Shoulders with strength in the lower half. Large to Extra-Large frame with a physically mature type build. Broad shoulders and a very sturdy lower half. Ran a 8.10 second sixty yard dash. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with a side-step to a higher leg lift out of the windup. Does a good job of driving off the backside and getting over his front-side. Stayed direct to the dish and delivered with full intent. Pounded the zone and proved to have feel for the secondaries. Fastball was heavy as he ran it up to 87 mph. Mixed in a hard fading changeup in the low-80's and a breaking ball with sharp 11-to-5 break. Swing and miss type stuff as he projects in a big way on the mound. Secondary First Baseman, working quickly into the baseball as he gathers out front with confidence. Quick transfer and then showed some arm strength as he threw it 81 mph. Young footwork but has the profile to play here down the road. Right-Handed Hitter, starting balanced before working into a huge leg lift load. Hands get deep and then he swings with full-intent every cut. Looks to pull the baseball when possible. Very loud when he ran into the barrel. Good Student.
