Devin Fitz-Gerald is a 2024 SS/2B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Margate, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas. Medium height with a barrel chest and strength to the athletic frame. Ran a 6.73 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, showed quick hands during the exchange with clean actions and the ability to maintain body control and throw on the run. The arm plays too with 90 mph velocity across the diamond. A switch hitter: LH- really good hand speed and direct path and blistered balls during drills. Gap to gap approach with lift to the pull side. RH- gets on plane with a smooth stroke and accurate barrel and geared for line drive contact. High-level switch hitting skills. Mature player and always produces, more power coming soon. Excellent student and committed to NC State.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
